Based in Kansas City, Missouri, CASt has trained people around the country in the fine art of Motion Picture Acting, Commercial Acting and Voice Acting since 1994. Established and directed by Brian Cutler, a Los Angeles native and 50-year veteran of TV and movies, CASt offers classes using continuous scene study and on-camera work.
 
CASt not only offers education, but provides a launching pad for its actors with its production company, River City Pictures. Independent films are currently being written, produced, and performed by advanced students seeking hands-on experience as well as a showcase for their talents. An acting technique like no other

On-Camera acting classes are taught by Brian & Jill Cutler, owners of the Commercial Actors Studio in Kansas City. CASt is the midwest’s most successful acting studio, guiding people with a passion to act toward great heights for over 15 years.

A film actor must develop a deep communication with the unconscious mind, the domain of the emotions. Brian’s techniques, as learned from Charles Conrad, help the actor create powerful and authentic results. This unique training gets you out of your head and into the scene.

Classes meet Wednesday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Cost is $225 for a 4-week cycle or $600 for 3 months. Payment is due in advance. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
